Normal business hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend and other hours are by appointment.
Prices are based on a single, 24-hour period. All equipment pickups or returns outside normal business hours incur an additional charge.
Terms are net 30 days on established accounts. All others must be prepaid. Minimum rental is $40.00
All discounts are based on payment within stated terms. Late payments will be at full rate card rate.
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to past due accounts.
State and local taxes apply to all rentals. Tax exempt customers must file a PA State Tax Exemption Certificate with Viewpoint at time of rental.
A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed with less than 48-hour notice.
Equipment availability is subject to change without notice.
Certificate of insurance or proof of financial responsibility is required prior to the release of equipment.
Renter assumes responsibility for any and all damage to equipment, or loss of equipment.
Renter will be responsible for full equipment replacement value and loss of income until such time equipment is repaired or replaced. Renter is responsible for confirming that rental order is complete and in good working condition prior to accepting equipment.
Renter assumes responsibility for knowledge and ability to properly and safely operate all rental equipment.
Equipment must not leave continental United States without prior written approval from Viewpoint.
Pickup and delivery of equipment is available. Call for rates.
Acceptance of equipment constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions of equipment rental.
